When I started the Bikini Body program with Chase I had a goal to lose 10 lbs to kick off my 2021 weight loss journey. The nutrition plan was easy to follow, chase was always there for questions and the workouts were fun. My favorite part was that I made new friends, found workout buddies, discovered tons of new recipes and then there are my stats: I lost 16.5 lbs., 5% body fat, 3.5” on each thigh and 3” off my waist...IN JUST 6 WEEKS! I had heard a lot about Chase’s amazing fitness program, but I just was not convinced that it was right for me. The Bikini Body Performance Challenge worked so well for me. Chase is a great coach, very encouraging and knowledgeable. He gives great detail on his plan, making it easy to succeed. The workouts were fun, and easy to get through, while providing excellent results. I would recommend this program to anyone.
