The Bikini Body Performance Challenge worked so well for me. Chase is a great coach, very encouraging and knowledgeable. He gives great detail on his plan, making it easy to succeed. The workouts were fun, and easy to get through, while providing excellent results. I would recommend this program to anyone. Your body has two main fuel sources: Carbohydrates & Fat
Whenever your carbohydrate supply is exhausted, i.e. you have used up the carbs, your body turns to your fat for fuel.
