    CAN A VEGETARIAN USE THIS MEAL PLAN?

    We love vegetables and highly recommend filling every meal with tons of them! We also believe in the power of protein and feel meat is a great source to get the necessary dietary requirements that meet the demands of the high intensity workouts. That being said, a vegetarian or vegan can easily manipulate some of the meal plans & recipes to fit their specific needs. We even have some recipes that are already vegetarian & vegan friendly labeled for you!

    HOW DO I ACCESS MY WORKOUTS & DIET PLAN?

    Every one of your workouts can be accessed through your phone, computer or tablet wherever you are...whenever you want! Simplicity and easy access are key to the success of the BIKINI BODY PERFORMANCE program. The Bikini Body App is accessible 24/7. If you prefer more "old school" you can print out all the materials. 

    WILL I LOSE ACCESS TO MY WORKOUTS?

    You will always have access to your TOOLS, those are yours to keep forever. The workout programs, diet plans, recipe book, & guides are PDF files you can download. The BIKINI BODY PERFORMANCE App will be available for 6 weeks which gives you access to private messages, daily diet reminders, weekly challenges, & the ability to follow the workouts in one easy convenient portal. After the 6-week challenge, you will lose access to the app, unless you continue with the MAINTENENCE BIKINI BODY PERFORMANCE program.
